courses from basic to pro level.
Our team of international instructors teaches in Swedish,
Finnish, Danish, English, German, Italian, French, Spanish,
Polish & Arabic. Other languages available on request.
Our highly trained staff caters to each individual's needs
so as to make your diving course an unforgettable experience.
Here are some important tips to know when planning
to take a diving course:

Remember to bring proof of certification
or paper work (not applicable to entry-level courses)

You will need two passport-size photographs
per course

If you feel that you may have any medical
condition that doesn't allow you to participate in sport
activities, visit your physician.

You will need plenty of suntan lotion

And be ready for an overdose of Fun

| For all PADI courses:
Candidates must have their own set of study materials, prior
to enrolling in the course. All materials can be purchased at
Colona Dive Store and are available in many languages. |
Medical Clearance
for all levels of courses |
|
You will be asked to fill a Medical questionnaire
before starting the course. Should you answer “yes”
to any of the questions, we will accompany you to the local
diving doctor to get medical cearance to participate in the
course. The cost of the visit is about Euro 35. |

| PADI
Bubblemaker |
| Kids - bring your parents diving! For young adventurers
like you, the Bubblemaker programme is an introduction
to the thrill of breathing underwater. If you´re
eight or nine years of age, now is your chance to take
the plunge with an Instructor and go diving in the swimming
pool. Whether it´s a glass of milk, bubble gum
or submerged beneath the surface - you can´t help
blowing bubbles! So try blowing bubbles our way. We
have, of course, special extra small equipment for children.

PADI Bubblemaker
Duration:

| On a full day boat trip, a diving instructor
will gently introduce you to the secrets and beauty
of diving in the Red Sea. If you liked it you are then
ready for more action and can either participate in
some more introductory-dives or sign-up for the PADI
Discover Scuba Diving Course. |

PADI Discover Scuba Diving
|
This one-day course can be best described as an expedition
into the underwater world. In the morning the participants
meet at the diving center. There is a maximal ratio
of four persons per diving-instructor. The basic knowledge
about diving will be imparted in an easy way. After
that you will start with the practical part of the course,
where you learn i.e. to set up your diving equipment.
Your first dive will consist of learning and practising
some basic diving exercises and your second dive of
the course will be a fun one made from one of our comfortable
boats. After this varied day you will surely have a
first idea about the beauty and fascination of the underwater
world. |

PADI Discover Scuba Diving
Duration: 1 day

1 confined water dive & one Open Water dive from

PADI Scuba Diver
|
The PADI Scuba Diver Course is an ideal option for
those who would like to become certified divers but
do not have enough time to participate in a complete
Open Water Diver Course.
Join a regular Open Water Diver Course. After 3 days,
finishing 3 of 5 modules, the course ends with the Scuba
Diver certification. This certification enables you
to dive to a maximum depth of 12 meters under the direct
supervision of a Divemaster or higher rating. Furthermore,
you can upgrade to the PADI Open Water Diver certification
at anytime by just completing the course |

PADI Open Water Diver
|
Have you ever dreamt of flying, or of floating weightlessly
in the water like a fish? Learning to scuba dive will
let you feel just that, as well as many other new
impressions. You will experience the rich marine life
of the Red Sea right from the very start of this course.
You will be accompanied by professional scuba diving
instructors for the duration of the course (4 - 5
days), who all meet our high standard of professionalism.
Children as young as 10 years old can participate
in this course and we have, of course, special extra
small equipment for them |

PADI Open Water Diver
Duration:
4 - 5 days

Refresher Course
|
You have not been diving for some time
? You had no chance, or simply no holiday? You don’t
feel quite so sure of yourself any more?
Depending on the date of your last logged dive, we require
that you either complete Refresher dive or a one-day
Scuba Review course. Your diving instructor will work
with you in an easy and relaxed manner to refresh your
theoretical and practical skills. |

Refresher - Review
A refresher dive (1 dive) is required if you did not
dive in the past 6-12 months.
If you did not dive in the past 12+ months, a PADI
Scuba Review will be required (1 day).
The above activities are made by boat.

Referral
|
If you have completed the classroom &
pool training segments of your entry-level course at
home and would rather complete the certification dives
in the warm waters of the Red Sea then this is the course
for you! The certification dives are usually made by
boat on a full day trip.
We offer you ideal conditions : In order to participate
in this course, make sure that your instructor at home
provides you will all the paperwork stating which segments
you have completed. |

PADI Adventure Diver
|
| The PADI Adventure Diver programme
is an exciting way to try new areas of diving under
the supervision of a PADI Instructor. This course
is designed to further your diving experience under
the supervision of a professional instructor. You
will do three dives (choosing from a number of possibilities
including wreck diving, drift diving, deep diving,
photography and more…) This certification can
be upgraded to the advanced diver certification at
a later date. |

You may start an Advanced Course right
after completion of the Open Water Course, or during
your next diving holiday which you are planning with
us, and thus widen your skills.
This course consists of 5 dives at sea and they are
done over 2 days. 2 of the dives are fixed:

* Underwater Navigation Then you
can choose your 3 other dives to be any of the ones
below. The choice can be made on your first
day of the course after you have discussed it with
your instructor. S/he can give you all the information
about each dive.

Enriched Air NITROX
|
| The Nitrox Course deepens your knowledge
about the benefits of diving with an oxygen-enriched
air mixture. Some of the topics covered include the
use of Nitrox tables to have an extended bottom time
and how to determine to O2 content of your tank. You
will be able to use your newly acquired skills during
the same day by making 2 Nitrox dives the boat. |

Perfect Buoyancy
|
Do you sometimes push the button of
your inflator a little too long, or do you feel that
you are not quite weightless in the water ?
We offer you a one day course, during which you can
practice buoyancy skills with plenty of exercises,
to float with the fish, safer diving, as well as enjoying
the coral reefs.
The "work" under water with your instructor
will turn into a real pleasure. Playfully you will
learn to adjust to different depths, and to adjust
the air in the stabilizing jacket and in the lungs. |

UW Photography
|
An introduction to under water photography
or expanding your knowledge about your own camera equipment.
A course for any diver that wants to keep a memory of
a nice diving holiday. The instructor will explain you
all the differences of underwater photography and normal
photography and tell you some tips and tricks for taking
the best underwater pictures |

Rescue Diver & Emergency
First Response
|
If you have gathered some diving experience,
you may have encountered some situations where you
were not sure whether to intervene or not. You would
like to be able to help and assist other divers. The
Course for Rescue Divers offers you comprehensive
training in stress avoidance, emergency management,
and rescue diving. You will learn, together with the
other participants, to deal with various scenarios
of emergency situations.
You should have taken a First Aid course (possibly
in your home country) which should have included reanimation
of heart and lungs. Please bring along the certification
of this course. Otherwise you can still take Emergency
First Response here in combination with the Rescue
Diver. |

PADI Divemaster
|
You would like to become a professional
scuba diver.
The course for Divemasters offers the ideal training.
The course, lasting three weeks, will teach you all
necessary knowledge and skills, which you need in
the professional world. Our diving school offers you
an individual and tailor-made solution. Maybe you
would like to divide the course into two sections,
or you would like to take a little longer about it.
This course may also be combined with the program
of Assistant Instructor, which will enable you to
use your growing skills while training at our dive
center in many different situations for one month.
After this extensive training at a professional level
you will be ready for the course of Instructor.
